1.3 million children have been forced to flee their homes from conflict in North East Nigeria. Nancy is one of them.
Nancy loves to go to school so that she could one day become a teacher.
Her mother has this to say about her…
“We are from Borno state and we live at the IDP camp, we were forced to leave our village in Borno because of the insurgency, I am very happy for how you have been teaching our children, only God will reward you with abundance. Nancy has been very helpful to me and she wants to learn but we can’t afford to send her to school due to the situation we find ourselves. I am very happy for your effort towards our children, Only God will bless you, once again I say thank you!”
